Who is Stemwork for?

Independent wedding and event florists who want to connect arrangement costs, proposals, and purchasing. It works alongside your current invoicing and client-management tools.

Can I try it without creating an account?

Yes. The floral pricing calculator works without signing in. Enter your own stem costs, quantities, supplies, labor, and pricing rules, then download a worksheet. Sign in with your email when you want to save recipes and events.

Does Stemwork replace my invoicing software?

Keep the tools that already work for you. Stemwork creates printable floral proposals and CSV exports you can use in your existing workflow. It does not send invoices, take payments, or automatically sync with another system.

How does the flower order list work?

Choose upcoming events and Stemwork combines the materials from their latest saved revisions. It adds your flower buffers and rounds up to whole supplier packs. You can export the list as a CSV and place orders with your suppliers.

What happens when a client changes the plan?

Change an event’s quantities or edit its copies of your recipes, then save a new revision. Earlier revisions stay available, your recipe library stays unchanged, and the purchasing list uses the latest saved plan.

What does it cost?

The calculator and worksheets are free. Studio subscriptions will be $29/month after a 30-day free trial. Early access is free while plans open; your trial has not started yet.

Can other florists see my recipes or events?

Saved recipes and events belong to your signed-in account. The public website and calculator do not display your saved studio data.
